Ron Nissen: Chairman

Ron has more than 25 years of experience in the IT and Telecommunications market, including a role as Regional Vice President for Motorola in Australia and New Zealand and a Member of the Asian Management Board. Ron also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of AAPT, prior to its full acquisition of AAPT by Telecom NZ (ASX listed company).

Ron is currently Chairman of Kalori Group (a small Sydney-based Private Equity group and an investor and director of a number of start-up companies. He also consults to major overseas companies on business improvement initiatives.

Varina Nissen: Managing Director

Varina has more than of 17 years recruitment experience in the IT sector and at senior executive level. She held three positions at Manpower, a global provider of staffing, HR solutions and professional services with more than $21Bn turnover in 2009.

Varina was the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications for 81 countries and led both the Middle East and Australia/New Zealand markets as the Managing Director.

Previously she was Corporate Services Director, Sydney Airports Pty Ltd, and prior Managing Director, UK for Morgan & Banks Plc.

Natasha Olsson-Seeto: General Manager

Natasha has more than 15 years of experience in professional recruitment. Most recently, Natasha was the General Manager of Manpower Professional in Australia.

She has also spent more than seven years leading the recruitment with PWC and Deloitte.

With personal experience in the Energy, Engineering, Technical and Operations, Finance and Government organisations, Natasha has the expertise OnTalent clients need for their specialised assignments.
