“Natasha was exceptionally professional in her approach to the recruitment process. As a CEO candidate I found her interviewing technique, feedback and follow-up were well beyond my experience with any other recruiters I have interacted with as a candidate at this level or as an employer.

The customer client relationship she establishes is extremely effective and will underwrite very successful outcomes for OnTalent and their clients into the future.”

“As a recruiter in the executive space I was pleasantly surprised with Natasha from the perspective of professionalism but also her down to earth attitude and friendliness.

She is very good with people and has a finely attuned instinct into their psyche’s  She kept me informed during the process and gave me a clear understanding of the position.

Everything was much easier than I had expected.  I would recommend Natasha to anyone who is looking for a partner in their recruitment processes or their search for a new position.”
